This study aims to explore Javanese storytelling as a means of internalizing the values of tolerance and kinship. This study is a qualitative study. The researcher obtained data through observation of the content of the reading material. The researcher conducted a descriptive analysis to describe the results of the observation. The results of the study indicate that the storytelling entitled Uli, Tiko, lan Dodo contains values of tolerance and kinship that students can emulate in their lives. The form of tolerance in the story is caring for others, establishing good communication, and helping one another. Meanwhile, the form of kinship in the story is the emergence of sensitivity among others, the desire to fill each other's presence, and the instinct to always be together in any circumstances. The values of tolerance and kinship are important for students to have so that they can be highly tolerant, respect others, and acknowledge the existence of others. These values are essential for living in the millennial era with its increasingly diverse times and cultures.
